Project summary

Carman Contracting delivered a bespoke solar PV installation across eight industrial units at Leatherhead Trade Park in Surrey, installing 386 panels with a combined capacity of 175 kWp.

Each system was tailored to varying roof layouts, including working around rooflights to optimise performance. Delivered within a live trading environment, careful planning ensured minimal disruption to tenants. The scheme improves EPC ratings and supports the long-term sustainability and value of the units for the estate’s owner.
