Project summary
Carman Contracting was appointed by ASH Chartered Surveyors to deliver firestopping works across four residential blocks in Queens Court, Gloucester. The project involved upgrading fire protection in electrical riser cupboards, lift motor rooms, dry risers and waste chute areas. Using Astroflame systems, we achieved the required levels of fire integrity for the riser cupboards, motor rooms and other critical areas. Our team completed the project in just four days, significantly improving resident safety and meeting all compliance standards.
