PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, CADNAM
Solar installation for private property on the outskirts of the New Forest
Project summary
Carman Contracting designed and installed a solar PV and battery storage system for a new oak-built barn at a property in Cadnam, Hampshire. The installation comprised 26 in-roof panels with three 10kW SolarEdge batteries, providing 30kWh of storage, with all power used on-site. Works included cabling to the main house, exposed galvanised trunking and conduit for the barn power and lighting, and an electrical supply to the pool plant. Our team designed the installation to ensure compliance with DNO regulations and meet the homeowners' requirements for a cost-effective, sustainable system.
