AMIRI HOMES, WOODCROFT
Solar PV installation for Amiri Homes at Woodcroft Copse, Waterlooville
Project summary
After a similar project that was previously successfully completed, Amiri Homes appointed Carman Contracting once again to install solar PV systems across 31 affordable homes at Woodcroft Copse in Waterlooville, Hampshire. Part of a wider Guinness Homes development, the project featured a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom houses and flats. Our team designed the installation to meet SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) targets and comply with MCS and DNO standards which ensure the safe and efficient integration of renewable energy technologies into the electricity grid. Working with different trades required us to be flexible and agile to overcome delays and ensure that schedules were met.
